Position Details:
Title: Support Engineer (Network Dept.) Intern
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Office Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Working Days: Saturday - Thursday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers, troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions on time.
Collaborate with network architects and system administrators to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
Conduct regular network performance assessments and implement optimizations to improve reliability and scalability.
Respond to network emergencies promptly and efficiently, minimizing the impact on operations.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in network administration or support, with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, and security protocols.
Solid understanding of firewall and VPN technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
