Position Details:

Title: Support Engineer (Network Dept.) Intern

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Office Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible)

Working Days: Saturday - Thursday.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers, troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions on time.

  • Collaborate with network architects and system administrators to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.

  • Conduct regular network performance assessments and implement optimizations to improve reliability and scalability.

  • Respond to network emergencies promptly and efficiently, minimizing the impact on operations.

  • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in network administration or support, with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, and security protocols.

  • Solid understanding of firewall and VPN technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
