Easy Pass System
Our appointment system provides a seamless experience for both visitors and employees they are trying to visit. With our system a visitor can request to book an appointment with and employee on their desirable date in their desirable time. After the request their appointment enters a pending phase. Then the process goes to the employee where they can view the requested appointments. The employee has the choice to cancel, approve or reschedule the appointment. Once approved, the visitor receives a QR code which can be shown to get the access card required for the allotted appointment.
